Kirameki Iron Frying Pan

The Kirameki pans from Hatsukokoro Japan feature a unique surface texture produced by shooting micro grain metal beads at the surface. This process causes fine irregularities in the surface, which improves heat conduction. The pans heat up extraordinarily quickly and evenly.

These surface irregularities also help to develop a natural non-stick quality, which only improves with use.
