From time to time we are able to secure small, highly limited batches of Atelier Selection knives from our partner makers around the world. These releases are often the result of short production windows, experimental runs or one-off opportunities rather than established, ongoing lines. As such, we cannot guarantee future availability of these specific knives, so we have created a dedicated section within the Atelier Selection to highlight these rare and transient offerings.

While the broader Atelier Selection is curated to maintain a degree of regular availability, demand for knives of this calibre consistently exceeds supply. Production is inherently limited, lead times are long, and each release tends to sell through quickly. When these pieces are gone, it is often unclear if — or when — similar examples will become available again.
