The Selections

Two shelves under one umbrella. The Atelier Selection groups workshops and shops producing signature designs by hand — repeatable lines where quality and continuity meet. The Collectors Selection is reserved for one-of-one works by individual makers — pieces that won't be made again.

Each shelf reflects the standards we hold for every knife we sell: cutting performance, geometry, steel, heat treatment, finish. The distinction between them is only one of availability — what's repeatable versus what's unique.
