Order processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday from our Sydney workshop. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping & carriers

We ship worldwide. Australian orders are shipped with Australia Post and international orders with DHL Express, with customs clearance handled on your behalf. Once dispatched, international orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days depending on destination, and Australian orders within 2–7 business days. Tracking is provided once the order ships.

Shipping rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and vary according to destination, shipment size and weight, and the carrier service available for the order. The shipping charge shown at checkout is the amount payable for delivery.

Duties & taxes

Import duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout on a Delivered Duty Paid basis where supported. For destinations where DDP is not available, duties or taxes may be payable by the recipient on delivery according to local import rules.

Insurance & liability

Every shipment is fully insured in transit for its full value while in the care of our carriers. This cover does not apply to orders sent to destinations on our restricted-countries list (below), or to loss, damage or delay caused by circumstances beyond our or the carrier's reasonable control. These circumstances include, without limitation: severe weather and natural events; war, invasion, armed conflict, terrorism, civil unrest, or the routing or transit of a shipment through or within reasonable proximity of an active conflict or war zone, including missile, drone, rocket or ordnance strikes; customs seizure, inspection or delay; incorrect or incomplete delivery details; and refusal or failure to accept delivery. Given the high value of the items we sell, we cannot accept responsibility for orders shipped to restricted destinations, or for loss or damage arising from any of these conditions.

Knife orders — signature & restrictions

Orders containing knives shipped to the United Kingdom require an adult signature (18+) on delivery. Folding and certain tactical knives are subject to destination-specific import restrictions; where an item cannot be shipped to your location, we will contact you before any charge is taken.

Refused deliveries & returns

If a delivery to a non-DDP destination is refused, outbound shipping costs are deducted from any refund, and a 15% restocking fee may apply. Full return details are in our Returns Policy.
