Gyuto 240mm Cru-Core GoMai

Jezz of Oblivion Blades turns out another stunning piece, forged in his house made crucible steel "Cru-Core". This particular batch has a 0.95 Carbon content, its tough stuff. Clad in Copper and 15N20 and paired with some stunning Belah or Black Oak.

The knife features a rigid tapered spine and classic Gyuto profile with a finger rest. Its a comfortable knife in the hand, well balanced, ergonomic and with a satisfying edge profile. The Cru-Core edge is delightfully thin, sharp and tough.
