This ScheepersBuilt Bunka features a high carbon mono steel blade forged in 52100 steel. The blade has a natural peened finish, hand sanded satin edge band and unique “Denty” texture. These beautiful, stylistic features work hand in hand with the high performance “S” grind to deliver some of the best cutting performance and food release we have come across. The 52100 steel is hardened to 62+ HRC and holds an amazingly sharp edge.
The blade is paired with a comfortable, ambidextrous octagonal wa handle made from durable linen micarta with a black G10 space. It’s a simple, yet elegant handle.
Overall a fantastic knife with great cutting performance and unique, beautiful, subdued style.
