Order processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday from our Sydney workshop. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping & carriers
We ship worldwide. Australian and regional orders are sent with Australia Post; international orders are carried by DHL Express, with customs clearance handled on your behalf. Once dispatched, international orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days depending on destination, and Australian orders within 2–7 business days. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.
Shipping rates
- Australia & New Zealand: Free shipping on orders over A$500. Orders under A$500 are a flat A$15.
- International: Free shipping on orders over approximately US$1,000, shown in your local currency at checkout. For orders below that, live DHL rates are calculated and displayed at checkout so you always see the exact cost before paying.
Duties & taxes
Import duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout (Delivered Duty Paid) for all destinations we're able to support — the price you see is the final landed cost, with nothing to pay on delivery. For the remaining destinations, any duties or taxes are set by local customs and paid by the recipient on delivery; amounts depend on local import rules and order value.
Knife orders — signature & restrictions
Orders containing knives shipped to the United Kingdom require an adult signature (18+) on delivery. Folding and certain tactical knives are subject to destination-specific import restrictions; where an item can't be shipped to your location, we'll contact you before any charge is taken.
Refused deliveries & returns
If a delivery to a non-DDP destination is refused, outbound shipping costs are deducted from any refund, and a 15% restocking fee may apply. Full return details are in our Returns Policy.
