Gyuto 210mm SanMai Apex Ultra Saw Blade & Wagon Wheel Damascus Integral

One of four knives made from a batch of house laminated SanMai steel. Apex Ultra clad in a Damascus of saw blade and wagon wheel. The knives all feature Tomislav's classic tapered Gyuto profile with a fine convex grind for great cutting performance. The edge profile is a consistent and subtle radius that is a joy to work with.

Each of the four blades feature a dark etch, a unique and very fine Damascus pattern and a brute de forge finish above the bevels. The handles consist of a satisfying and comfortable integral bolster and on this knife there is a burnt oak handle. Each knife also comes with a tailored saya made in oak. The complete package is a very tasteful design.
