Thin and light in weight for a 250mm blade this one is a nimble and fine cutter with amazing looks. Top shelf, European Apex Ultra steel clad in Jonas’s inhouse forged raindrop Damascus.

A classic Isasmedjan pointed gyuto profile, tall with a subtle santoku tip for stability. At the edge, the profile is relatively flat with a nice amount of curve, making for a beautiful push cut action and just enough rock. Convex ground with a super thin and sharp edge, this one slices and dices with ease.

Contrast rich with an acid etched forced patina, the raindrop damascus cladding looks amazing paired with the stunning amboyna burl handle. Its eyes with eyes here and the brass bolster sets the whole package off beautifully. Another beautiful piece of work from house favourite Jonas Johnsson.
