Nothing brings family and friends together quite like grilled meats and cold drinks. The BergHOFF Ceramic Grill is a robust and versatile piece of cooking equipment capable of cooking perfect steaks, burgers and sausages, but the high heat ceramic shell also makes this grill great for roasting, baking and even smoking.
The ceramic shell coupled with the bottom up ventilation system allows for controlled and consistent heat throughout the grill. The ceramic design also provides great heat retention and the egg shape helps to conduct the heat in the direction of your food. The result is a delicious smoky, caramalised flavour.
This particular model comes in Olive Green but you can also choose from two other fantastic colours including Blue Stone Grey and Bright Orange. This 33cm compact tabletop model is the perfect BBQ if you have limited space such as smaller porches and patios.
Constructed from high heat ceramics and an extreme weather resistant outer surface glaze the BergHOFF Ceramic Grill is built to stand the test of time. The durable design is also built to resist rust and the ceramics will not crack.
When you receive your ceramic grill, it arrives in a single medium sized box containing the grill and stand. Assembly is relatively simple, and it only took us about 15 minutes.
If you are looking for something a little more compact we also stock Japanese style table top Konro charcoal barbecues. These small table top grills are perfect for Yakitori grilling, Korean BBQ or other shared cooking and eating experiences, which we think can be a lot of fun and a very social experience. For some great Yakitori recipes check out the Japanese Grill by Tadashi Ono.
We also have an article in our magazine discussing the benefits of grilling with charcoal and a brief history of the Kamado BBQ.
