This piece has been produced by Karol to raise money to support Ukrainian children who have been affected or harmed as a result of the war in the Ukraine. All proceeds from the sale of this knife will be donated to the \u003ca href=\"https:\/\/voices.org.ua\/en\/\"\u003eVoices of Children Charitable Foundation\u003c\/a\u003e.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThis 215mm Gyuto features a differentially hardened (Honyaki) blade with a \"Linear\" textured hamon. The result is a stunning array of contrasting textures and shades of grey and black. Karol's Gyuto profile features an oversized honesuke style shape with a very large flat section extending from the heel about two thirds of the length of the blade before gradually curving up towards the tip.
