Gyuto 220mm GoMai 1.2419 Damascus & Amboyna Burl

For those who are familiar with Martin's signature GoMai steel "Silverline, you could look at this new creation as "Silverline Plus". Black etched letting the 30layer nickel Damascus shine through creating a wild lightning strike with incredible detail.

This blade features the Martin Huber signature Gyuto profile, convex wide bevels which are thin and fine. A stunning high performance cutting tool with exceptional balance, ergonomics and cutting geometry. The blade feels light and nimble, and the edge profile flows across the board in a delightful, fluid way.

The blade is completed with a very comfortable full tang western grip in Amboyna Burl with carbon pins. An incredible piece from one of Austria’s most talented blacksmiths.
