Kiritsuke 240mm Linear 1.2419 Huberite

Yes! That's a Huberite handle on a made by karyś Kiritsuke. A stunning resin creation from Austrian artisan Martin Huber. Karol has of course given it his signature profile and unique textured bolster and butt. Eroded by the sea or perhaps a little reminiscent of coral.

The blade features a linear hatched pattern on the spine side of the face. Geometry is Karol's Kiritsuke profile with lovely thin convex bevels. A sharp knife designed for push cuts, slicing, a perfect profile for service where the preparation tasks have been completed, but plating and garnishing remains and requires a deft hand and a sharp blade.
