This 180mm Gyuto features a variety of textures along the face of the blade that emphasis the hamon or temper line and provide a beautiful aesthetic. The blade profile is a nimble K-tip gyuto profile perfect for everyday slicing and dicing.
The lovely textured blade is paired with a beautiful stabilized Karelian Birch burl, a true piece of nature’s artistry, which Karol has finished with a copper, textured bolster. Karol’s work is some of the most unique to come out of Europe and simply a pleasure to use.
