A stunning piece of craftsmanship from Evan. A combination of satin polished honyaki and brute de forge, ringed Gidgee and Mamoth Molar. The profile features a tall, almost 60mm tall blade, with a gentle and shallow radius edge which ends in a steep curve. The spine is lightly tapered, but maintains a relatively ridged feel from heel to tip. The edge is razor thin and sharp. This blade is a beast and will make short work of any protein and happily cruise through root vegetables for days.
